PetSmart scaled down to have more of a small store feel and charm. The staff really take the time to get to know their locals and their furry family members by name. I like the fact it’s more of a boutique store versus their usual superstore locations. This of course is partially due to the fact that it is a much smaller location. The grooming staff are also very friendly and professional. I take my dog here and they do an excellent job of keeping all the dogs safe and attended to. I’ve never seen them take their eyes off any of the dogs. A downside to this location is there is no parking lot for those visiting by car so be prepared to look for a space on Queen Street. As a plus, there is a Green P parking lot very near the store. Ideally, walking there would be your best bet.

This location has the best bunch of staff members I've seen at a PetSmart. They are all super friendly as well as knowledgeable, have great sales skills, and make me feel like a valued customer even if I can't find exactly what I'm looking for and have to look elsewhere (which has only happened once in my now many visits). I would recommend this store solely on the salespeople and selection - never mind the fact that it's brand spankin' new.

Good selection of pet items.lots of parking. Some staff are clearly not aware of their inventory. On numerous visits I have found items long befor the employees were able. Overall good sales on various products and quick check out.

The people that work here are really friendly and helpful and were so nice to my pup. What I really like about this store is that I bought something online and had it shipped here and within two months it was destroyed. This store happily exchanged for a new one.
