Great facility. Very clean and well maintained. Dog suites are beautifully tiled and are quite large. Nice outdoor area for the dogs to play in. The staff has always been very friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent and knowledgeable groomer, gives great advice about caring for my dog in between grooms and remembers my dogs needs for each time I come back!

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff!!!! Don't say Hi to you. Don't say Bye to you. And heaven forbid you're 15 min late picking up your animal due to unforeseen circumstances.

Convenient for if you live in the area, but I wouldn't leave your pet here for more than a couple of days. I left my cat here for two weeks, and he was returned with wounds on his nose from him rubbing up against the bars of his kennel. It didn't appear to me that he had been provided with any form of affection or interaction over the past weeks except for when food was delivered to him. No attention was given to the fact that he had harmed himself on the bars either, and no measures were taken to prevent infection, or to stop his behaviour. Apart from this minor injury, the kennel is also a bit pricey. The cost came to a total of $295 for my cat's two week stay, and they charge extra if the staff have to administer any form of medication (I showed up for a visit to administer my cats meds so I wasn't charged for it). I'm unsure about the kennel size for the dogs, but the cats were caged in a 3 by 2 box built into the wall, with a shelf along the middle for each cat to jump onto. There was hardly any space for them to move freely. The kennels also smelled dreadful, and made it nauseating to walk into the cat pens. As for the staff, upon entering the building, they provided no greeting and appeared uninterested in conversation or questions. The atmosphere was very awkward and unappealing. Overall, the experience was unpleasant for both myself and my pet, and I would not reccommend this place unless you are in a tight situation and need temporary housing for your pet ASAP.
