The staff is pretty helpful and very friendly. I adopted a kitten and was in a rush to get back home..the both ladies working there helped me get everything I needed and weren't at all offended by my need to grab things quickly and pay. Great customer service.

If you want to have your dog cleaned and bathed properly and have them coming out smelling all fresh please see Kathryn the dog bather. She always treats my dog as if they were her own and she never ever disappoints me. Thanks Kathryn for all your hard work!

hard to get an appointment for our doggy last time I finally got one they tried to cancel on me but I explained I really needed my Broder collie Lab washed asap for doggy sitter since we were going away. When we got there staff weren't friendly at all and when I got my dog back she was shaking. They over charged me for extra service I didn't ask For! And for some reason there's always just one cashier with a long long line.

It's a typical PetSmart but it's a little smaller than the other ones but still carries most of the same products. It doesn't really sell many hamster toys or selection of wheels but they have a lot of things that work. BUT Please do your own research before buying any animals here. PetSmart workers are NOT required to have any degree of animal knowledge and only know the bare basics along with many FALSE info. I brought my girlfriend Kimmy here and she ended up being lied to several times about the care of hamsters until she did her own research and found out the big truth hamster care is NOT easy or cheap like 123. She was devastated that the workers lied to her keeping hamsters in crittertrail or small tanks was fine but it's NOT. So please if you don't want to accidentally abuse your animals by mistake because a worker gave wrong info then please do your own research on your animals.
