A cheerful greeting as I opened the door. I was asked with what I needed assistance. I have been there when I had a dog. I indicated my dog had passed, and now need items for my cat. The clerk expressed empathy for my loss, which I touched my heart. Thank You ! I was shown several options for the cat. I wanted a collar, a name tag. The woman showed several tag and cursor options. I picked what I desired and the tag was engraved with everything I requested. The collar & tag look great. Thanks again, and will return to this location.

The staff at this store have always been very friendly and helpful. They’ve assisted me whenever I’ve had questions regarding food products for our two cats. We recently adopted a rescue puppy who is a small breed, and they walked me through all the requirements we’d need for her care, and gave me a booklet to keep track of her progress, as well as what medical needs she’d require (immunizations, etc) as she grows. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We were just there looking for a pair of boots for our dog. The young man who is there took his time and helped us to choose the right pair of boots. Provided us great customer service, something you don't see anymore. Thank you.

Great little store. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Often have demonstrations going on. Never pushy when asking if you would like to donate food/treats for the adoption cat(s) they board while looking for adopters.
