I want to thank Kyle, (General Manager) at Canadian Tire - Rockland for his wonderful Customer Service. My friend gifted a bicycle for my 3 yr old daughter few months ago and I was assembling at home and I realized that a important bolt is missing. I went to Canadian Tire and met Kyle. He searched to find one and told me bring the bicycle over and I will fix it. I brought the bicycle to Canadian Tire and Kyle took his time and fix the issue despite his busy schedule.. I want to really appreciate Kyle for providing me a wonderful customer experience... Thank you.. & Good Luck!!

Bought a sander on clearance from there. A month later seen it on sale at another Canadian tire even cheaper, NOT on clearance. Bit of a scam if you ask me but... I didn't check other Canadian tires first I guess. They aren't all the same even though they are franchised.

Thank you for the excellent customer service experience at your store on March 8th at 6:30pm. I had a flat tire earlier that day and came in after work to have the flat tire fixed. They were busy and asked me to come back at 6:30pm. I did return back at 6:30pm and they were awaiting my arrival. When the tire went flat, I had to put the spare on and had the flat tire in the back of my minivan. I was hoping that they could repair the flat tire and put it back on the minivan. I asked them just to put the spare tire back in minivan, and I would put it back under the van the next day..in the spare tire holder that lowers from the vehicle (a real pain). They were able to repair the tire, and as asked put it back on the minivan for me...but they also put the spare tire back in the holder for me and then apologized for taking a bit of extra time to do something extra. It had been a very long day, so it was very appreciated for them to go above and beyond to repair, replace and then stow away the spare tire. All this great service could have come at a price but I was only charged for the repair of the tire...What a way to win over customers...excellent service

Bought a demo BBQ but starter was missing. They were good enough to get me the part from a box
