DANGER!!!! DO NOT LET THIS GROOMER TOUCH YOUR BELOVED PETS!!!! In May 2016 the groomer severely burned my dog during a standard puppy groom. I noticed the first few burns come out a few hours after returning home with the dog. I ca22lles the groomer to ask what I could do for the dog but got no answer and so I left a message. NOW I understand that razor burns could happen sometimes when grooming. That wasn't a problem. However, The groomer NEVER returned my calls. GET THIS...Fourteen subsequent burns appeared on my dogs body within 36 hours. This was not normal AND I WAS WORRIED AND UPSET. For weeks I called the groomer, texted the groomer and left multiple msgs on the website and never ever was contacted. I couldn't believe a groomer wouldn't reply. I was looking for an explanation and a suggestion on how to treat the wounds or an inquiry into the dogs condition. NADA. Since that time I have posted many bad reviews and will continue to do so until the owner contacts me. So how is it possible for them to have a five star rating? They did nothing to follow up on any of my poor reviews. The good raring is a scam!!! I DO NOT recommend this business. They have HORRIBLE customer care and they caused severe pain and suffering to my dog and then AVOIDED contacting the client LIKE COWARDS rather than learn and grow from their mistakes. BAD DOG GROOMER...DO NOT USE!!!!!

Phoned twice. Not very good when they won't call back. At least return someone's call
