My husband called earlier today asking for a cat harness with a certain size. We live out if town and it was quite a drive to Wasaga. The person on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. When we arrived the young man knew exactly what we were taking about. My husband went with the associate and he helped him with grace and precision. My husband wanted to be sure it was the right one so he let us open the package and look at each one! He was very patient and accommodating. The young lady working saw me looking at the bunny, she went above and beyond and let me pet the bunny. She seemed extremely helpful and was used to dealing with the animals so she was knowledgeable as well. We found exactly what we needed and got to pet a bunny! Such a great experience and I look forward to returning. Thank you for being such a great store and I appreciate your staff!

Greatest pet store in town! Customer service is always amazing, they have a great selection of toys and food , treats for your furry one. The girls working in the store are very helpful and happy to assist. They are very knowledgeable and love what they do. We go out of our way to come to this Pet Valu location! Keep it up !!

The staff was super friendly. They gave our dog treats, which is no small task since she is allergic to chicken. They fitted her for a collar and told us the benefits and drawbacks of several toys before we made our final selection. It was a great place.
