It a good chain with some stores being better than others. Today they had a good selection of my cat food and cats for adoption. Often they they have few of the many flavors of catfood I buy and empty cat adoption cages. Only issue today was only one cash open so a bit slow. Other stores get more cashiers on registers when needed.

I love the people here who take good care of my dog when she goes for daycamp and fun. They remember you and your dog and are really good at making the dog at ease. They try to clean the floors here often but it always reeks of pee smells still at least it isn't sticky. I will always return here. They give progress reports for your dog's stay

I adopted a 3 year old poodle mix and took her here for her first grooming. When I dropped her off I warned them that she tried to nip at the vet and they had to muzzle her. They told me no problem and come back in 4 hours. They also said she was matted and they would have to shave her. I agreed to this. An hour later they called me saying she is biting them and they don't know if they can continue. I asked them why don't they just muzzle her? They said they would try. 30 minutes later they called me and said I need to come pick up my dog. They cannot continue. I talked to the manager and he was very nice and apologetic. He said that the grooming supervisor would be in on Monday and would finish grooming my dog and would call me Monday morning. When I went to pick up my dog she looked completely ridiculous. Her face and tail were still uncut. Her body was shaved right down to the skin with patches less shaved. Monday comes and no call from the grooming supervisor. I finally call her at 2pm in the afternoon. She says her next appointment would be Wednesday during the day or Sunday. I told her I need an evening. She told me it wouldn't be until the following Thursday, almost 2 weeks away. I reminded her how weird my dog looks, how I warned them that she nips, and how the store manager told me she would fix my dog that day. The grooming supervisor took no ownership at all of the situation. No apology. Did not try to accommodate me at all. Was even a bit rude. I told her I would take the Thursday appointment but I will look for another groomer in the mean time. She told me "OK". I found another groomer and they were able to fix my dog the very next day. They had no issue grooming my dog and were done in 45 minutes. They will be grooming my dog from now on. The store manager who was very nice and wanted to help, but because of the actions of the grooming supervisor I will never return to PetSmart.

Good store lots of selection always stuff in stock... Just seems to be a lack of staff... But the staff who do work there seem to know what they are talking about.

This petsmart is great, the crew working at the hotel and grooming salon really care for my pup. He used to be nervous to go to camp but now he loves it and is always excited to go to the back of the stores especially when his girlfriends are working at the pets hotel 😉
