I love the fact that they have a space for the dogs to play and relax while waiting to be groomed. Most places have crates which add anxiety to the pups, especially when they're away from their owners. I could tell they were caring towards my pup as he had a lot of mats and they ensured he was comfortable. Needless to say, my baby came out so handsome and clean with a fresh bandana. It is on the pricer end but you get what you pay for! They had him from 9:30-5, and the pickup time wasn't strict so I was able to carry on with my day and errands. Most importantly, there is parking, so there is zero stress while dropping off your furbaby.

Not a great service for a new customers. Maybe they are fine towards the old ones, but we had to take our eleven year old dog back with no service done, and still we were charge for the half of the cost. The dog was groomed for 11 years by one groomer, and I pointed that to them on two occasions. On top of that he had two cancers, a lime disease, and two half amputated paws. At no point they told me the cost of the service or that if they decide not to groom him their way that I will still be charged half of the grooming appointment cost. They called me 30 minutes after I left him that he is fussy and its better to just shave him completely. I said no cause it will take for ever for the hair to grow and for him to look like schnauzer again. I asked them to not groom him at all than and that I will pick him up in few minutes. I absolutely didn't want to make any problems. Still they called few times in 15 minutes wanted to talk about their policies and rules. I said please no I will just come and get him. I was asked to pay $50 to cover the salary of the worker that was supposed to groom him. I thought I am paying for service, and that the employees salaries are one part of the business cost. Bottom line their choice in how to approach an issue with a very easy new customer was wrong on every level. I didn't fight, I told them that there is no need for all this long phone calls and messages and I just want to pay and get my dog. Still, even than they continued to contact me via text with more and more long explanation and involving even other employees. I had to again tell them to stop contacting me. Just a very bad experience with very bad customer service towards super easy customer and her great dog!!

My 5 month old pup Jackson had his first ever groom here and I couldn't be happier with his experience. He came home tail wagging and looking amazing. I did a lot of research before choosing a groomer because I was worried about making sure he would have a positive experience especially for his first time. Puppy and human are happy so we will definitely be back!

Friendly staff and great service. I brought my 8 month old pomeranian for his second ever grooming appointment and he came home happy and looking great! I also loved that they gave him a report card evaluating his behaviour and also called to check in and let me know how he was doing.
