Sue and her staff have always taken very good care of my dogs and done a great job on their grooming. They even had extra patience with my little old dog (almost 18) and would let her snooze, I really appreciate their extra care and patience.

I gave Smooch your pooch THREE chances ...shame on me! The first time I took my Lucy i just had them do a face feet n fanny! I MADE IT VERY CLEAR DONT TOUCH HER EARS OR TAIL and my instructions were followed exactly and they did a nice job! 2ND time i took Lucy was for a full groom made it clear 3 times before I dropped her off DONT TOUCH EARS OR TAIL!. I got Lucy home and her face wasnt touched and her ears were uneven and her hair wasn't trimmed where she goes poddy😤 I called immediately and the reply i got was well she was here before! WHATS THAT GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING AND EXACTLY YOU HAD INSTRUCTIONS! I told them I wasnt happy and let it go. A few weeks later IM Speaking to our mail carrier and she spoke very highly and said it couldn't of been the owner Sue so I call Sue up and she said oh I didnt know this happened and bring her back and we will take good care of her, so i did and still had the same instructions DONT TOUCH EARS OR HER TAIL. I got Lucy home and her tail was chopped. I went and confronted Sue and she didnt know my instructions!! 3 times plus I spoke with her on the phone about it so i ask for my check back, she ripped it up and threw it in the parking lot!! Nice way to do business!! I see why there are on 2 reviews on her website!! TRUST ME DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!

They did a super job on my Schnauzer. It seems like nobody knows how to cut a Schnauzer, these ladies do! They did a great job and charged a great price, very reasonable for what they did. And my buddy Bo actually looks like a Schnauzer now!
