I can not seem to get an answer on the phone or any returned calls, despite trying moments before opening, random times throughout the day as well as shortly before and after closing (according to the hours listed here on Google). To be honest, it is very difficult to rate a service when one is not even able to book one. I realize this "may" be a one person operation, however time set aside to return and answer calls would be the appropriate way to go then in my opinion. Along with an answering machine message perhaps noting the best times to call. Unfortunately I find the lack of being able to speak to someone to be rather unprofessional. I do not believe it is a reasonable belief that clients should have to go in to inquire and book services, also without even knowing if someone will be present.

2 months later I called again during open hours and still no answer and there is no ability to leave a voice message. Definitely not wasting my time with this place -- no focus on customer service and totally unprofessional.

I would write a better review but they don't answer their phone and I am unable to leave a voice message as their mailbox is full. .. guess I will be going someplace else.
