Our welsh terrier was a rescue and a little hard to manage . Cilla has taken great care to make sure this dog feel welcomed! He is always happy to see her, and comes out looking and feeling great . I only wish she would take me on as a client! Lol

We take both our dogs to Cilla everytime! She is amazing with them, my younger girl is very skiddish and scared of the dryer.. Cilla makes her feel comfortable and gets the job done! She cares about the animals and loves what she does, that is huge for us! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality groomer at a fair price.

Don't bother, she takes your appointment and then cancels because she books another appointment at the same time. Not impressed!

This groomer ruined my pomeranian's looks for good. She cut him in a lion cut, which was not asked for, because I knew that was not the right cut for this breed. I started crying when I picked him up from his appointment. In a lion cut the hair is shaved right down, and in a double coated breed like a pom, there's every chance the fur will never grow back. My pom's fur never grew back. He was an older boy, lived about four more years, and looked like a patchy mess for the rest of his life, the odd bit of hair growing out from shaved bare skin. Before that, he'd had a fabulous, luxurious coat of golden red fur. This groomer obviously had no knowledge of how to groom double coated dogs.
