Very disappointing customer service. We took our dog for his first grooming, our 7- month old puppy was very scared and nervous to walk into a public place. My family and I were so excited to see him with his new look, and when the groomer came out to look at him she came out with a racial look, and when she went down to touch him our dog gave her a nip. Who goes and touches a dog that they have never met without letting the dog at least smell you first?! All of a sudden, she snapped, she accused OUR 7- MONTH OLD PUPPY of “MALICIOUSLY ATTACKING HER” and told us to “GET YOUR DOG OUT OF HERE”, we apologized, and explained that this was his first time and that he was scared , and she continued to yell at us, and told us to “GET YOUR DOG OUT OF HERE!” We were all shocked that a company that cares for animals can behave in this kind of manner, not have the proper training to work with all kinds of dogs. It was very upsetting for my family and I, and my sister was crying because our dog is a part of our family. This is not appropriate behaviour for pet groomers . We went to Pet Smart shortly after and they were awesome! Pet Smart was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what we experienced at Happy Tails. If you have a new dog we highly recommend taking them to Pet Smart. We will not be recommending happy tails to anyone, nor going back! Worst customer service I've experienced in my life! Happy Tails isn't a very happy place to be!

Just brought in my great pyranees lab mix for a spring de-shedding treatment. I’ve never seen him look so light! I can’t believe how much fur they were able to get out. They did an absolutely wonderful job and will definitely be coming back. Also very affordable compared to other quotes I got.

With all of these recent negative reviews from one customer, I feel the need to share with future potential customers of Happy Tails that dogs that are scared and difficult to handle, are not treated poorly at all. If your dog will lunge at or attack people, as a manager of two animal hospitals, I suggest you talk to your family veterinarian about potential sedatives for grooming appointments. My little Oliver, albeit sweet as an angel when at home, can become very difficult to handle if his paws are touched at all. We've been to 3 different grooming salons, as well as tried to groom him at my work, to no avail. He's always been extremely stressed out and too difficult to manage. However, at Happy Tails, Oliver had a great experience! They did say he was somewhat difficult, but he was much less stressed when he came home than usual. Normally he hides from me for 2-3 days; this photo was taken a few hours after his appointment! Thank you to all of the staff at Happy Tails; you are phenomenal!

Skilled, friendly staff gave Mur the works and he came home looking A-1. Pricing is very reasonable and well worth the drive

Brought my puppy there to get her fur trimmed for the first time. They did nothing to her just bathed her, saying she was too excited, and wasnt used to the brush. Charged me full price though. Staff was very friendly, no issues there. The follwing week I brought my puppy to a different place where she got a compelete trim and new look for the summer. Well, I guess she wasnt excited then... Response to owner’s response below: As I said there was no face trim or any sort of trimming done, and the staff explained that they did not do anything other than wash and dry her due to her excitment. The price is fair for what you listed, but as your staff explained- half of it did not happen. Thank you for your response though.
