I would like to thank the incredible staff at Countryside for their impeccable care during our most recent stay. I have boarded my cats several times and they have always been good, but the staff excelled during our most recent stay. This was my cats first stay since our other cat passed and it was a long stay. She was incredibly stressed out and didn’t eat or use the litter appropriately. The staff were quick to notice and let me know, and come up with a plan going forward of how they were going to monitor and help. They logged her food intake, offered wet food from the kennel, monitored litter use and even removed blankets once they realized she was hiding and overheating. They were great with communicating with me how she was doing. So many thanks to the amazing team! The kennel is always clean, smells nice and the staff has always been friendly. Best service for the rate and fantastic cat boarding for the London area!

We had a wonderful experience with Countryside Kennel! The staff were all friendly and kind. They sent updates and photos of our furry friend while we were away which was very comforting. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience!

We’ve been going to countryside kennels for quite some time now and we’ve always had good positive experiences! From check-in, they always verify the current diet for our dogs. The staff is very courteous and engaged in their work and are willing to share information that is helpful to our dogs health. Our dogs allways come home happy . We are very fortunate to have Counryside Kennels look after our dogs when we go on holidays!

We boarded our puppy Bruce at Countryside for 7 days over March break and could not be happier with the service! Our boy came home healthy, happy, calm (and a bit tired which is a good thing for a 10 month old pup). The staff was professional and gave us a full run down of how he was when we picked him up. Plus they post TONS of pictures everyday on social media so you can see how your dog is doing. The facility is clean, efficient and the rates are very affordable for the level of care the dog receives. Our dog Bruce looks forward to his next visit in the summer! Thank you Countryside Kennels! :)

My dog absolutely loves this place!! We picked him up from a 4 day weekend there and he was absolutely exhausted, which is amazing knowing my puppy loved it and was well looked after! Just booked him for a 2 week vacation there, well we will be gone. This won’t make me as sad to leave him because I know he will be well looked after and cared for!! Thank you countryside kennel for treating my pup so amazing like it’s like your own!
