:Yvette is truly awesome! My dog has fear aggression, and in five weeks of private behaviour classes, I now feel equipped to set him up for success. Some dog trainers are great with dogs but not so good with people. Yvette is very positive, encouraging and affirming with the owners too! I drove from an hour away and it was totally worth it!!! As a new dog owner, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew I had a responsibility to help my dog grow into a respectable canine citizen. In class, We took things step by step - my dog learned and as an owner, I got a great education in positive methods that work and the science behind it. After group class ended there were a few things I wanted to fine-tune. Yvette really took the time to listen and ask questions, using a personalized approach for both me and my dog. I still actively use the information that Yvette first gave me almost 2 years ago and I’m proud to say that I’ve got an awesome dog!

We received a 5 week puppy class paid for by the rescue we got our dog from (ARF Ontario), and we loved Yvette so much that we are soon starting our 4th session with her. Super knowledgeable, knows her stuff cold, and always eager to help with any issue. The way she teaches positive reinforcement training is fun, funny, and enjoyable for both the dog and the humans. She even worked with me to finish makeup classes after I broke my back, to help me continue to work with my dog even with my limited abilities. Can't say enough how much we love Awesome Dogs at our house!!

Yvette is such an amazing trainer. She gives you all the tools you need to be successful. Her philosophy of "it's hard work but it's not hard" is so great!

Not a fan. Works out of garage, king of weird. Dog Training itself is very treat oriented (and I mean a lot of treats)- not for us.
