Update (1 year later): I still take my 3 dogs to Kristen's for grooming. I can usually get appointments quickly. If something was missed during an appointment, I can arrange to come in later to have it done. Kristen also scales my dogs' teeth a bit. This is a great service that most groomers don't offer. Original review: Everything is included in the bath package (nail grinding, teeth brushing, whatever shampoo you want, ear cleaning). They seem to be able to handle difficult dogs. Most groomers cannot do nail trimming on my rottweiler-husky mix because she freaks out too much, but Kristen succeeded. I also took my little chug in for a bath, but she didn’t come out looking as great as my big dog. She was still shedding and the face wash they used didn't do anything to reduce her tear staining.

My dog goes here once, sometimes twice a week and always has the best time. The staff are so friendly, and you can tell she has received love and affection all day long because she smells like their perfume at the end of the day! I love bringing my dog here. It is well worth the money to know she is so well taken care of. They cut her nails once every two weeks and I’ve never had problems with the grooming aspect! We also recently rented out the daycare for two hours for a doggy birthday party! I 100% recommend sending your dogs here.

I leave my boy there all the time . He plays rough due to not knowing his own size so they have their hands full with him by monitoring 24\7. And yet they love what they do. This is my dog after being cleaned up there. He looks as happy as his eyes will ever let him be :p

Kristen is amazing as are her staff. Our dog comes home happy and tired after a full day of fun! We also get her groomed there - groom and play is a fantastic deal!

The first time we brought our dog (Wirehaired Pointing Griffon) for grooming we were 100% disappointed in the outcome. These dogs have a very specific look. We took a chance the 2nd time and it was a bit better. Finally we sent him back in for a 3rd time (3rd times a charm) and we were absolutely thrilled when we got him back! He looks amazing. Thanks to the crew who made him look so handsome.
