Cremation of much loved dog with failing health and no realistic hope for regaining quality of life. Both we and our dog were treated with respect. All steps in the process were well explained. We were able to observe everything as it was done. Very clean and obviously well maintained facility. Very satisfied with the service provided. Very nice Paw Print urn provided as part of service. Highly recommended.

During our private cremation ceremony, our beloved cat was peacefully waiting for us so we could say our final goodbyes. Although the loss of a pet is difficult to process, the professional and compassionate service that was provided allowed our family to get closure with a positive experience. The beautiful hand crafted wooden urn is displayed in our home as her final resting place. Outstanding service ....and for anybody experiencing the unfortunate loss of an animal you can rest assured that you and your pet will be treated with dignity and respect.

I can't say enough good things about Resting Paws. Our cat was diagnosed with cancer and we knew the end would be coming soon. Sabine was so helpful in answering ALL my questions promptly, so we would be prepared in advance of the inevitable day We arranged euthanasia through our vet and brought his remains to their site. All was handled with professionalism and compassion. Resting Paws care about what they do and it shows!

I came home to find our beautiful 5.5 year old great dane had passed away while we were at work. He had been diagnosed with heart disease and we knew he was deteriorating slowly but nothing can prepare you for that kind of shock and grief. I honestly didn't know what to do, so I called Resting paws as I saw they had 5 star reviews. Sabine answered, comforted me and described their services. She told me what I could expect, and what to do in the mean time while we waited for Patrick to come and that was reassuring. Patrick came within 2 hours. The first thing he did as he walked through the door was give me a big hug. He patted our beautiful boy on the head and commented on how big and handsome he was. Everything was handled with such empathy and compassion. We opted to be there for a private viewing of his cremation. Seeing him again and seeing the process, explained by Patrick every step of the way, definitely brought us some closure. We got to see the whole process and the care and special touches that go into their work just makes me want to recommend Resting Paws to anyone who has a pet. We left feeling comforted by the fact that he was so well taken care of in life and death. Thank you Sabine and Patrick for the incredible work you do, it's definitely not a job for just anyone. You are so compassionate and caring and that means the world to your clients who are grieving the loss of their best friend. Thank you again.

Sabine was quick to reply to my request. She was very respectful of our grief. Losing my sweet Lizzie was extremely difficult. Sabine showed great compassion throughout the process of bringing in my girl and explaining everything. The service provided by Resting Paws was amazing.
