The staff here are a DREAM. They make every effort to help you find exactly what you or your little buddy needs. Countless times I have been saved by their recommendation, generosity and love for people and pets alike! Love this place and will continue to shop here as long as I can!

The absolute best service I’ve ever received from any retailer, they care SO much about your experience and the well being of your pets. When my cats had allergies come up and I had to cancel orders they were so accommodating and helped me research affordable and high quality alternatives for my cats. We can’t thank you enough! They also have a large selection and will custom order anything you and your pets need. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

Prices of a few pet items are some of the lowest I've seen. Convenient location, good hours, and nice staff. Love that they have locally sourced natural/organic soap and stuff too. Will return.

I was very disappointed with my visit to the Sandy Hill Pet Food Co-Op tonight. I don't use this store for deliveries or pet food so I can't speak to that service but I can speak to their customer service at the store front. I have had experiences in the past where the girl at the cash has been nothing but nice and helpful. However, tonight I stopped in and the lady at the cash was not very friendly or welcoming. She barely looked up from her desk when I walked in, didn't offer any assistance, and was not very welcoming towards my dog. I think the only words she said to me was to keep my dogs leash tight so that she didn't knock anything over and then that she didn't accept visa. I ended up leaving without purchasing what I came for because I did not feel welcome. I am sure she did not mean to come across that way but unfortunately she did, Perhaps I expect a higher standard of customer service at a such a small store where I am the only customer present.
