Great place. When I took my cat there to get groomed, I was worried because you could just hear a bunch of other cats and dogs barking and wailing. I was worried my cat would be frustrated. Later when I came to pick her up, she was well behaved and not stressed at all - just happy to come home. She has smelled good for the past week, and has been super relaxed and happy. I think she was happy to have her shedding hair and nails finally taken care of! I will come here from now on for all my cat grooming needs.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Even my dog Zsa Zsa came out happy with her new hairstyle. If you have a pet i recommend this place. I wish i could rate this place a 10 stars simply the best pet groomer in the mimico area.

My boyfriend and I were told about booboos grooming by our landlord when we had rescued a goldendoodle because she had been neglected and left in a barn and in the end due to it had ended up getting mats so badly that her ears were sticking to her neck mats and hurt her to be pet and to walk. We brought her into booboos 3 days after we got her and they gave her full treatment of nail trimmings, bath, shave of all mats and groomed her, gave her a little flower bandana and a little bow on her head! 😍 when we walked in to pick her up we didn't even know it was our Dala at first! That's how amazing they did! I give them a 10 star rating if possible as they did so well! We will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely going back! Well worth it! The price was good and they service was amazing

When I brought my Baby Girl Roxy home for the first time. I searched and searched for the best grooming place in Toronto. I kept seeing BooBoo and decided to check out their Facebook and Instagram page. After seeing all the positive review I decided to take my baby for the first time. It was her first groom and she was nervous and so was I so I wanted the best place for her. So I book an appointment and i must say, I’m happy I found BooBoo. They are so friendly and I feel very confident leaving Roxy there for a few hours and coming back to get her. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my Roxy. She’s my spoiled princess and I always look for the best for her. I would definitely recommend BooBoo to anyone looking for a good groomer. They are all very friendly, welcoming and they do an awesome job. I drove 30 mins just to go there and it is worth it every time. I’ve posted two photos of my Roxy. Her first groom was with the pink bow and the purple tail was the second time and it was done in celebration of pride month. (Btw it is safe and not chemical that they use to dye her tail). BooBoo will always be where I take my Fur Baby until the service change then yea that’s a different story. But until then The only place to go is BooBoo for all your pet grooming needs. Thank Me Later! 😊

Groomers did a fantastic job for both of our dogs, a Pomeranian Tali and a Chihuahua Timmy. The staff are friendly and listened to our concerns.
