This grooming place doesn't even deserve any star. I went the first time maybe last year and wasn't too happy about it and went somewhere else. The other place we went to wasn't available on a Saturday so we decided to give this one a shot again and to my disappointment, I was not happy at all with the service. I had explained to the woman who took Shadow in that he has some bumps on his body and to please be careful with him. I came home to notice that he was nipped on one of the spots and was now left with a decent size scab. When I walked in to pick him up, all I was "welcomed" with was negative feedback about Shadow, how hard he is to handle, how he whines and doesn't always stay still during the grooming process (what dog does???), how he is going to die earlier than expected if he doesn't lose a couple pounds. Mind you, he is not overweight. He has developed a muscle growth on his chest which makes him look a little heavier than he actually is. The woman also decided she was a vet and started advising me "i don't know what your vet has told you but..." so on and so forth. I didn't AT ALL appreciate being treated in that way and as if I don't take care of my dog. He is all up to date on his shots, his blood word was recently done and my REGISTERED vet whom I trust has given him the all clear. I will *never* be returning to this location ever again, despite it being the closest to my house. I would rather travel further away than come back to this location. Poor service. Not recommended at all.

Sue and her assistant did an amazing job grooming our dog and showed incredible kindness towards him as he was just diagnosed with cancer. Wonderful people and great service! Highly recommended!

If you live in south Etobicoke or gta try them out I was so pleased how they took me in and last minute and were very caring with my elderly Yorkie, usually after his grooming he is always shaking and distraught they did a wonderful grooming and he was so happy when I picked him up from his hair cut. It shows they they were very gentle with him and gave him lots of hugs while they had him for his grooming. Thank you

Sue is really great with dogs & I love how my standard poodle looks. I have been going to Sue for at least 12 years. I took my first dog there and now my second as well❤️🐩.
