We brought our dog, Bailey, here for the first time today. The groomer brought him to the back after we discussed what package and what cut we wanted. I liked how we could see the groomers cutting other pets’ fur with the open window. They looked comfortable. We got a call after only 2.5 hours. Bailey came out and his demeanour was different from coming back from previous places. He seemed comfortable at this place. We are also so happy with his haircut!!! The face was well cut esp the eye area and nose area (which we had bad experiences before where it was totally shaved almost raw at the bridge of the nose) and also underneath at his belly. The fur was smooth and not choppy. We appreciate the attention to detail! The groomers must have treated him amazing as he was calm and happy coming home. He also doesn’t have an overwhelming smell of shampoo. He has skin irritation so they used a hypoallergenic shampoo. Thank you!! We are so happy we found this place and we will be back! The price point of $65 for small breed dog is fair too. Thanks again!

my beagle kiki had a wonderful experience here. She was timid when arriving, but after I picked her up she was happy as can be. She hasn't looked this good in a long time. I was worries about the scar on her back from a previous surgery being an issue but I was wrongly .is taken for thinking that. The staff took extra care in that area and she never complained about it. I highly recommend Pet spa & lounge to anyone looking to great service and true animal lovers looking after our furry family.

I am just totally upset at how my little Rudy’s ear look today after grooming. They need to be very careful with our pets. I checked his ears because he looked upset and uncomfortable.. another bad experience!

We take our cat Annabelle here as she will not let us groom her at home. She is medium hair so needs the extra help grooming. We take her every couple of months for a brush out. They are very friendly here and do a great job!
