My preferred kibble is 10% more expensive at global. Selection is hood. Services are a bonus. Customer service is great one on one but a 5 minute line up with 2 customers is sadly ridiculous.

Great selection and very helpful staff. They always offer to carry stuff out to the car!

Very nice and helpful employees. Only place I'll go for food for my Dogs and my Rats. (Happy Puppy with his new chew)

My pet likes the food, but I hate the xenophobic owner. She has been very rude to me because of my accent. I spent $8 for 35 gr can of warms... Will buy at Pet Value...for $9, without the rudness.

My pup and I adore Global Pet Foods at High Park and the awesome team of people that works there. The store has become my dog Pepper’s happy place and she insists on stopping by frequently for cuddles from the whole staff, with an extra soft spot for the always wonderful Kylie and Ina. From the very first day I brought my dog in, the team has been so kind and thoughtful, always helping us find exactly what we’re looking for. Special orders come in promptly and we get a friendly phone call when they do. It’s our favourite place to stop by on walks, whether we’re actually shopping or just popping in to say hi. (Thanks so much for indulging us when we’re not shopping!)
