Heather has saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary vet bills. My four year old rescued Chocolate Lab has weak joints/muscles in her shoulders and Heather has done wonders to cure her of an intermittent limp. It has been incredible to see how her massages have helped Liza improve so quickly and absolutely no expensive VET bills. If I had taken her over the years to any vet she would have had X-rays, and possibly surgery recommended. Instead she has had 3 massages over the last 2 years and we have never loooked back. It has been very successful and I am a true believer in a good massage! Thank you so much Heather for your absolutely incredible talent!

Our Sheva is a 13y/o, 35kg terrier?retriever?doodle??? mix that suffers from arthritis in her lower back and hips causing her to have weakness in her rear legs. After chiropractor consultation and recommendation, Sheva receives weekly massages from Heather and the treatments have proven very effective at improving and maintaining Sheva's ROM and flexibility five months now . Sheva looks forward to Heather's visit every week and appears to enjoy the treatments. We are so happy and grateful that Heather is available to help us make Sheva's remaining time with us as optimal as possible.

Charley, our 10 ½ year old Golden Retriever, has benefitted greatly from Heather's wonderful massages. Heather has helped Charley to maintain his mobility which was starting to be compromised by increasing shoulder stiffness and arthritis in his hips. Charley is very receptive to Heather’s gentle manner and ability to find and work out problem areas and he truly enjoys his sessions which he finds very relaxing. Heather is very knowledgeable about dog physiology and shares information with me through ongoing discussions and written follow-up reports. Heather’s massages have decreased Charley’s pain and discomfort and have enabled him to continue to enjoy his favourite outdoor activities as well as his ability to continue his work as a St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog. Thank you Heather for your passion regarding your work as well as your generosity of spirit and experience! Here you can see Charley's little brother Buddy enviously looking on as his brother gets his massage.

My 14 year old puppy has been through a very rough year, fighting off cancer, dealing with chemotherapy treatments, pneumonia, and neurological problems which have limited her ability to walk. She is still a happy girl, however, and most happy when Heather comes to visit for her bi-weekly massage treatment. It is the highlight of her life right now. The massage has also helped with compensatory tightness in her neck and shoulders (as she is relying on her front limbs to stand and walk). Thank you, Heather, for your professional and kind approach and your wonderful treatments for Coco. :)

Our 10-year-old dog Whiskey hardly shows his age with his regular sessions at Flow Canine Wellness. Massage therapy is such an excellent way to keep him feeling his best. If you have a senior dog I'd recommend a phone call to Heather Johnston at Flow Canine Wellness
