I was there twice as I've just adopted a dog. Carla, the supervisor, and another male staff there, provided excellent service. They are very knowledgeable, not only in the products, but also are expert in dogs behavior. Unfortunately I could not keep my adopted dog as it didn't go well with our family dog, but Carla provided lots of insights regarding animal behavior, how I could make it work, and where I can get help. They are just amazing people with lots of knowledge! I also had to returned the dog bowl which I no longer need, I couldn't find the tag, but it was not a problem there at all, they gave me a full refund. I'm glad I find this gem in the neighbourhood.

I was there on Sunday and received excellent service! Katrina was extremely attentive and caring. She provided me with a ton of advice about oral health and food and great ideas for adjusting my new kitty to his home. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back again even if it's really far away from where I live.

The dog wash station is fantastic here, lots of towels, soap and a dryer, brushes for grooming. Also the gal manning the store this Saturday morning was always checking in to see we were ok with our large furry Bernese Mountain Dog (ordeal to wash). The prices are good, lots of sales and a pleasant environment. And kittens to adopt. Its like paradise on a saturday morning.

Staff are friendly and informative, you can tell they are passionate about animals. Did not feel as if they were pushing products to sell. Great experience overall :)
