Pretty decent for any big box pet store, staff is friendly, prices are alright, some sales are particularly good. One note about the dog grooming though is that they express the anal glands as a standard and if your dog doesn't have any issues there you really DO NOT want them doing that. Once the glands are irritated it's very hard if not impossible to reverse the damage. So tell them not to do it beforehand. I didn't feel comfortable enough to continue getting my dog groomed there so I do it at home now

My first time with my first kitty. Although I was overwhelmed by so many options in this store, the staff were incredible. Very friendly and pet lovers, they gave me great advice and suggestions, NOT focusing on a brand or what was more expensive. Strongly recommend.

So I took my sweet 55lbs furbabies for a wash and dry with nail trim. The staff was really sweet and they even gave the girls a bandana when they were clean. The overall store was neat, well stocked with a good variety. Prices were also reasonable.

I’ve spoken to three different staff in the aquarium section and I am so impressed with and grateful for their knowledge and helpfulness. We got my 8 year old a 10 gallon tank and I had zero idea the big deal we had signed up for. The place we got the tank from was less than forthcoming with advice or suggestions, but from this PetSmart I’ve gotten nothing but positive encouragement and confident expertise. It never feels like they are pushing to make a sale because they’ve actually talked me out of things I had read about online and suggested being patient with tank and assuring me that within a month I will be a comfortable pro with it all. They are now our go-to for all things aquatic!! Well done!!

A few of us came with our friend to find a dwarf hamster on Wednesday. It was pretty empty during the day so it was hard to flag down an employee, but Tyler helped us out and answered all of our many questions. We really appreciated his humour and knowledge!
