So many adorable and friendly cats! We found the perfect cat for us during our visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They rehome dogs without the correct history. They down play what events happened and as a victim when I tried to reached out I was ignored of blocked on social media not only by just Alliston humane but Jane Clarke the president. It’s irresponsible to rehome dogs to people who aren’t prepared for how aggressive a dog can be it’s irresponsible not in the best interest for the dog and asking for something bad to happen again. You rehomed this dog to a 60 plus woman and the dog attacked and your down playing what happened to try and rehome again.

This is a very clean no-kill shelter that genuinely cares for the animals that find their way here. Although it is small, it adopts an impressive number of cats, dogs, rabbits, and other assorted small animals. It could easily utilize a larger building but as a donation-only based charity it is not financially viable at this time. This kitty was a rescue from there.

Great staff. Friendly and supportive with pet issues. Very clean shelter with large outdoor areas for dogs.

My wife & I just adopted our new best friend, from Alliston OSPCA. We met Rocco & decided to take him home. The dogs here have lots of space & air to do doggie stuff. It's located around farmers, the staff & volunteers were great. Especially Pattie! Life's just not the same without a dog, we had to put our last dog to sleep about 3yrs ago. It was time for another cold wet nose, 4 paws, a wagging tail, yeah its just time for another roofing good time. I enjoyed being at the facility well woof for now.
