This place doesn't look like the most modern location however the staff went above and beyond to help us and they took excellent care of my Dog while I was staying in Niagara Falls. Prices are very fair and they will make sure to provide exactly what you need for your pet.

Wouldn't bring my dog here again. We thought our hotel was dog friendly but it changed so we brought him here last minute for the night. When we picked him up that morning he had foam around his mouth and was extremely dehydrated. He never drinks much water but we filled his bowl about 4 times after we left with water and he drank every drop. Also he was in a small cage when we dropped him off and once we picked him up.. I guess since its so cheap, you get what you pay for.

THEY GROOM CATS!! We get our one long haired cat groomed(a lion cut) twice a year. We have never had any problems and the pricing is very reasonable! We often ask if he was a pain to work with and every time "He was no trouble at all". The lion cut is always consistent, unless he is matted more in one area which they always balance out. The cat loves getting this cut! He even looks at himself in a mirror!! We will continue to get our cat groomed here!
