Love to support the independent small business owner. Renie and her staff go out of their way to make sure your pouches are pampered beyond belief. Very reasonable rates, too.

Cut was rushed. Rear legs /back half of dog not cut, came back to me wet. NOT like the previous experience I had with her. No bow on the dog at the end; rather the owner was more concerned about hurrying me out of store to get to 'a party'. For the 80 dollars, ill go elsewhere Sigh :(

I brought my dog here once, and the service we received was OK. But once I started following the company on FB, I was appalled to see how the staff publically ridicules and shames owners for less than perfect grooming standards. They post pictures of the animals and unkind remarks. These are not your typical "look how cute Fluffy is now" before and after photos. These are wholly unjustified attacks. I realize animals aren't entitled to privacy, but their owners are.

Love this place, & they love my dog!

I came here with my elderly cat who had some matting on her fur that looked like it was beginning to be uncomfortable for her and was chastised for not bringing her in sooner. Long haired cats get mats from time to time, and my cat did for years (she was roughly 16 at the time, and extremely phobic of the car, carriers and groomers). I only brought her because I was unable to help my cat myself any longer and needed someone to get the mats I couldn't get off of her. She had always handled her own fur but as she was getting older, she was not as independent with her grooming as she previously had been. Two people were working that day, and they were so judgy and rude that I let them do what they needed and GTFO. I would never, ever subject myself to that level of snark again. I gave my cat a long and healthy life, and their insinuation that I was not caring for a member of my family up to their standards was not only rude but incredibly insulting. This happened about 4 years ago and I'm still upset about it. You just can't treat people that way who are coming to you for help.
