I chose to drive some distance to Sunny’s, for a product I cannot get locally, based on reading some of these online reviews, which are very positive. And, I’m glad that I did. I went into the store today, had a very good conversation with the owner about our dogs, canine health concerns and the challenges of running one’s own business. His customer-oriented service etiquette shows: He produced the item that he had kindly ordered for me from behind the counter, even though I am not a regular customer, had put up no deposit, and I was several weeks later than anticipated in picking it up, on top of showing up unannounced today. I was surprised and touched that he had kept it for me, rather than just putting it back into inventory for his regular clientele. This is the kind of difference one always hopes for in business, but rarely finds. Thank you, Adam, at Sunny’s. I look forward to visiting again.

I love sunny's! It's a great small business to support. The owner (whose name I can never remember) is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love Sunny's more than any of the big box stores.

Without a doubt the best place in the area for me to get the essentials for my cats. The owners are super friendly and helpful.
