I took my nervous puppy there a few months ago to get groomed and Alex did a great job and was able to cut her perfectly! However I went back just this weekend to get my dog groomed again and the experience was far from pleasant. Alex was out however she explained to the groomer all of my nervous pups quirks. I further explained her nervous tendencies when I dropped her off so lack of information was not the factor. Before leaving I said “if you have difficulty with her PLEASE don’t push it and give me a call”. When we came to pick her up (after 5 hours of her being there) they said she would be a few more minutes. When they went in the back to get her she wasn’t fully groomed. They proceeded to shave down her body but left her head, tail and feet untouched. As I got closer I noticed there were random long pieces of hair on her body still remaining. I was confused as to why it took them 5 hours and why I never received a call. My pup is now home (going on day two) and won’t stop licking her paws and jumping to itch areas where they shaved too close to the skin. Unfortunately this experience was so awful and stressful that I will NEVER go back. If you have a dog that is nervous about grooming do NOT go here.

We went in to get kitty litter and something for our dog's itching. We found what we needed quickly. At checkout the cashier pulled out a $5 coupon for the kitty litter and was very friendly. Quick, but successful visit.

I recently took my very thick coated Golden Retrievers to be groomed and shaved down for the summer...Jeremy was her groomer and he was kind and treated her with such gentleness ...and as I watched him for the first few minutes the clippers got clogged up Immediately... I felt so bad for him .. when I returned to pick her up they were on the floor cuddling and she looked so beautiful... he did a fantastic job and the two were bonded... it meant so much to me to know I left her in the hands of a caring gentle groomer.... I would recommend him to all 💖🐶💖

This is my first time visiting another Pet Supplies Plus other than the one on Delaware. It's a really well organized store super clean and easy to find items. Which is why it gets any stars. They have signs all over the store saying "we price match" and when it came time to price matching they gave me some issues saying that they can't match the "online price" unless they include $4.99 shipping on top of it. Guys, that's not price matching. I showed the cashier the Walmart price for this dog food I was purchasing on my phone and the girl tried to tell me that if I want to price match online websites they need to add $5 for the shipping price. Like guys - that's the price I would pay in store if I went to Walmart: not some online only special!! I'm sorry but in this day and age do you expect people to be carrying multiple newspapers around when everything is online and accessible from your fingertips? I've never had an issue at the other store. It was literally a $4 difference and the two girls were making a big deal about it. Negative stars for that.
