I've tried the past month to adopt 3 different dogs ...the dogs I liked are also liked by families I recently lost my service dog whom I rescued and owned 9 years from Toronto... The thought of having a similar dog I doubt would ever happen for myself here...Seems they have no concern about the personal behaviour between dog and owner in that no staff person even accompanies the dog and potential owner on any given walk... How can they ever assess anyone as myself to know how well the dog really is from looking at piles of applications??? Yes I did not get even a phone call returned and and don't have a dog I doubt I ever will come back to try again the last was too heartbreaking to know it was gone..to a family that my family could never be ???bye

Walking in it didn't smell like a spa, but the cats especially looked like they were being treated well. The cats were calm and or excited to see visitors. The cats and their cages looked clean and orderly. They have sooo many beautiful kittens🐈 🐈🐈 and young cats 🐱eager to find a forever home. Some that have been found or rescued....someone out there is likely missing them..... The dogs however were behaving like they needed attention, they were desperately crying to go for a walk. The dogs individual kennels needed more attention in cleanliness. They almost had a full house so if you are looking for a nice husky or husky cross they are eager for a new family 🐶

Not very nice, friendly or helpful. I cried as I left because I've tried to adopt and I'm also from out of town. Policy is only in place when they feel like it. My sister adopted but I can't ... Hmmmm what's up with that!? Old bags

For the most beautiful cat but when we were there the employees never took the dogs out before they left and we were there an hour and a half before they close and stained til close.... very sad

Lady at the front is very rude when asking any questions. Make you wait for a week before being able to take the dog home, seems like a waste of resources.
