Was told to call here by OSPCA to inform them of an animal roaming the Holland Landing area. Upon answering the phone I was asked for my full name, phone number, and location. The woman on the phone asked for my municipality twice in a row and I said Holland Landing, East Gwillimbury. She then proceeded to list the areas which they service. I informed her that I was confused because I was under the impression they serviced our area -- OSPCA knew where I was calling from and directed me here. Rather than inform me who did service the area, or ask what the issue was so that she may be able to direct me somewhere appropriate (which I've now made several calls - each place other than here has attempted to help me and informed me they've received the same call), she chose to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional response.

We brought in a stray cat for my neighborhood, they're really nice and friendly and looked after the animal well.. Give us a call the next day to let us know that he was microchipped and the owner was contacted, they were returned to the family safely Friendly staff clean environment great place!

Nice selection of adorable cats, but it smelled really bad. The service was friendly.

Get a call from them saying the have my dog. He was picked up in Newmarket 5 doors down from my home and was taken to Georgina the north end. It’s their “policy” to bring the animals to this centre instead of Aurora or Newmarket location. So now we had to take 2 hours there and back out of our day to pick up our dog they couldn’t leave in town or attempt to contact me before he left the area and wehad to pay $35 to get him back. Not impressed. #fools #policymakers #timewasters #whymakethingsdifficult
