Great place. Very knowledgeable about dogs, temperament and how to properly handle. Never going anywhere else.

We read great reviews of this place and were impressed by the swanky website while researching potential boarding facilities for our dog. Connecting with the staff proved to be very difficult as the calls were often unanswered and went to VM. One call was returned and in my vm we were instructed to text or call a 416 #, I chose to text and also had no response. The following day my husband called again and we finally ended up speaking with someone to enquire about touring the facility prior to leaving our dog with them. We were instructed to booked the tour online after confirming that they were doing tours that day. We showed up at the catering road location at 12:57 for our 1pm tour, as instructed by the signage we went to the side door to wait for our tour. We were on location for 20 minutes, during that time we called the number posted on the gate 6x, called the facility number posted online 2x, and I called the 416# once, all 9 calls were unanswered. We also rang the doorbell on the side gate several times, these calls were also unanswered from a facility that claims to be staffed 24h/d 365d a year. While there we could hear dogs howling and crying inside the building. The following day i received a call from the 416 number telling me his staff were looking for us and couldn’t find us… I’m not sure where they were looking, clearly no one was there and either his staff are lying to him or he was lying to me. The same person called my husband from the 416# after we cancelled our tentative boarding booking. During my call with him I shared our experience and the importance of first impressions, upholding appointments and ultimately that we are not comfortable leaving my dog with them. If they are this hard to get ahold of while enquiring about boarding and touring how difficult would they be to get ahold of if they had my dog and how well would my dog be cared for? As frustrating as this experience was I am glad I learned all of this all before entrusting the care and safety of our boy with them.

The best ever. We have been sending our boy JD there for over 4 years and he loves it there. We sent our girl bailey for the first time this year and now she loves it too. They take awesome care of them and their consept is like no other. Excellent service. Very happy and will always recommend. You guys are the best.

Thank for giving out pup a second home. Our dog has become reactive since covid and our family has been locked in the house. K9acres has helped socialize our boy and help build his confidence. The staff care so much for animals and you can see it.
