Mel was a really friendly and caring person. She listened to what we asked for, she was very informative... Thank you Mel for tootsie' s first grooming. She was beautiful with her purple and white poka dot bow in her hair. We will be definitely be a regular customer. Great job.

Mel just recently gave my mother in laws dog (eski-poo) a very nice hair cut! She is soooooo happy with how great he looks and he feels like cashmere! She is going to take him to see Mel from now on! Mel has been walking my dog Brody for 4 1/2 years(since he was 4 months old). He loves her so much that when we say her name he gets so excited!

I have a Border Terrier that requires hand stripping. Mel is the best groomer we've ever had for this. Our dog was happy, she wasn't traumatized as she had been elsewhere and it didn't take all day. I've been taking her to see Mel for some time now although she is out of the region for me, I don't think i could find a better person to do the job. Thanks Mel!

I'll definitely be bringing my dog Penny back to Mels. She was great with Penny and clearly knows what she's doing. The visit was very quick and affordable, and the outcome was exceptional. When I got to Mels to pick Penny up she was waiting at the front door as happy as a dog could be. She had made a new friend, got a new bandana, and was looking pretty darn slick. It was clear that Penny had enjoyed her first visit to the Groomer. She looks absolutely fantastic. Do yourselves and your fur babies a favor and get them an appointment with Mel! Thanks Mel!!!!
