I take my female English Springer Spaniel to this studio since 2016. This breed requires skilled groomers, and they have no problem! Staffs are always eager to accommodate my requests, and pick-up time is pretty flexible which is wonderful. My dog is very timid, but she is relaxed here because of the friendly staffs and gentle care. Just like our hair dressers, it's hard to find The One - we've tried many groomers and finally found the one that we can trust and feel comfortable with our precious four-legged daughter with.

This place is the best! My dog has problems with anxiety. He will panic and bite if he’s stressed. The groomers here understood his problems and explained what my options were. They were straight forward and told me that they would do what they could without stressing him out But they wouldn’t force him. They explained that they might not be able to groom all of him if he reacts but that they would try. I liked their honesty and that they were willing to try. A lot of places just refused.

I’ve been going there for almost 4 years, and my dog and I always happy to go there. My dog is always comfortable to stay and never had problem.

This is an awful awful place to take your dog!!! I have a small Maltese dog. She was groomed this past Saturday. She has been shaking uncontrollably since. I took her to the vet today and he said she has abdominal bruising and small cuts everywhere!!! I am disgusted by this ! I have worked in the veterinary field for years and this is unacceptable. There are many ways to hold dogs and groom them without causing injury. If I could do negative stars I absolutely would! 05/08/2018

I started using this groomer because of their availability for Saturday appointments. I had used this groomer for many years in the past with my previous dog, until she became elderly and they no longer wanted to deal with her. I had noticed that my dog was afraid to get groomed by them, but I had thought it was due to old age. I found another groomer that took excellent care of her and was able to groom her until she passed away. I now have a new puppy that is 6 months and able to be groomed, so I decided to try them again based on their Saturday availability. I called them, had an extensive conversation with their groomer about my breed of dog, gave them the weight of the dog, etc and booked for Saturday morning. I was given option of 3 different saturday morning times to select, which I did. When I showed up to drop my dog off for his grooming, the owner took one look at him and said that they don't have time on a saturday to groom a big dog. She made tonnes of excuses like she can't bathe him, can't brush him, and that she doesn't have enough staff. I drove 40 minutes to get to this facility, only to find this out!? It ruined my entire plans for the Saturday, and solidified that this groomer is unreliable and lacks integrity. Also, I suspect that that the facility is not the most hygenic or spacious to house the dogs they take for the day, considering they never allow anyone to see any part of their facility except for the drop-off area consisting of a 2x4 entrance way. Would definitely not recommend this groomer to anyone that cares about their dog.
