I bought my cockatiel here, who is now 4 years old and still doing great. My 2 breeding cockatiel were allowed to stay at the store for 2 months, and laid 10 eggs! He is so helpful and had helped us with issues, even when we call after midnight. We bring our birds there every month for checkups. Never met anyone who cares so much about animals!

Very nice owners. They are friendly and they love their birds.

The owner is very experienced and knowledgeable about animals especially birds. He is so becoming and ready to help. My bird was sick and he could right away figure out the problem and offer solution. I want to thank him for helping my little birds. I recommend 100% Azeen

I've been into the store a few times during the summer and every time I entered I felt so bad for these animals. The reptiles set ups are WRONG, having different animals like a Crested Gecko (tropical) and a Bearded dragon (desert) share uva/heat lights which is a great way to kill your animal (when I asked the owner about the light situation I even noticed the created geckos light wasn't even working and he had no idea) improper humidity, temperature, and tank set up for all reptiles in the facility. All the water in the pet store may it be drinking water or the water the fish swim in are all pond water green. Every bird in the pet store was suffering from some degree of beak rot and/or feather plucking which is caused due to stress from being over crowded and stacked on top of each other. Extreme unsanitary... Please call the ospca on this place.

Just WOW.. the moment I spoke to JIM over the phone I was delighted to see his patience in dealing with a novice like me. He patiently answered all my questions and requested me to come and see him the same evening. I must say as soon as you walk in his store you get a positive vibe you usually get around positive people and happy animals. I went in with three young kids and I was surprised to see Jim taking his time and speaking to each one of them so very patiently answering all their WHY WHEN HOW questions. He even encouraged my kids to ask him about his birds and answered them. We would give 20 stars to PET MARKET if there are any on google :) Apart from an expert aviculturist Jim is, his knowledge of Cats/dogs/ reptiles is phenominal. At one point when he was taking to one of his adult birds I honestly thought he has some secret power to communicate with them. It was a great experience dealing with you Jim, the parrot you gave us is doing fantastic. Thanks for all you guidance for a newbie like me.
