I don’t even know where to start but other than Woofur is amazing! I have been taking my golden retriever Jackson for grooming at Woofur for a couple of years and he always comes out looking handsome as ever and smells amazing! He always gets so excited when we go! Also, Doug and Michelle have been sooo helpful in switching Jackson from kibble to raw food! I already see such a difference in Jacksons energy and happiness! I always recommend my other pet parents to go to Woofur for grooming but I will now also recommend them for nutritional help! Thank you for all you do, Woofur Team! Jackson

Absolutely the best place for grooming! Michelle, Doug and the rest of the team are so caring about people's pets. Very easy to talk to and always incredibly accommodating with appointments. I recently had to put my young cat down and Michelle and Doug were so caring about the situation. Highly recommend taking your pet here. Thanks Woofer for everything!

Woofur has wonderful caring staff who ensure the comfort and safety of all the dogs there. I know my pup is in great hands when I drop her off and don’t have to worry about her. I love that there is an outdoor area for them to run around on nice days. Michelle and Doug have put so much love into their daycare and spa. They always look into the best interest of our pets.

There are some pros and cons to Woofur. The Pros: 1. The staff is patient, polite, and excel at enforcing company policies. 2. My cat comes home relaxed, excellently brushed, bathed and trimmed. Plus, she smells great! 3. The appointments only take an hour and they call you when your pet is ready to be picked up. The Cons: 1. Their prices are higher than most other grooming salons. They cost $100 plus tax, and also request a tip on top of that. Most groomers charge $50-$60 for the same service. 2. They don’t pay their groomers an hourly wage. Rather, they are paid “by the groom”. I have been a regular (monthly) customer at two other grooming salons, over the past 6 years, and neither of them paid their groomers this way. Unfortunately, paying their groomers “by the groom” causes some friction with their customers, regarding their cancellation policy. If you cannot give 24-hours notice, when needing to reschedule an appointment, they bill you $35 for “missing” your appointment. They do allow one or two exceptions, for new clients, but after that they demand payment of this cancellation fee before allowing you to book any new appointments with them. The cause of your request to reschedule will not matter (ie. winter storms causing extremely dangerous driving conditions, or your child getting sick and unable to go to school). Some customers may find this rule too impractical, considering that circumstances often arise unexpectedly and cannot be predicted 24-hours in advance, but the staff and owner are very strict about it. Just be aware. If you enjoy excellent health and don’t have school-aged children, this won’t be a problem for you. UPDATE: The owner emailed me, offering to “consider removing the cancellation charge” if I change my review to 5-stars. I wonder how many of these 5-star reviews are true and how many were necessary to remove their fees! I don’t care to be bribed. You’re getting 1-star for having the nerve to suggest this.

excellent and trust worthy service is a must and this place meets this level of service. However they are a bit more expensive than other places.. worth the price for the service though ! Wish they had discounts for regulars / "lifers" that go here all the time for grooming - that would be a good way for them to give thanks to there loyal customers.. they have an"point card' system where you can spend money and collect points to get discounts.. but its a joke considering how long and much you have to spend in order to get so little back in return... But other than that they r great
