Jenn is an amazing groomer! I've been taking my dog Molly here for the past 6 years. She always does a great job. I recently moved out of Hamilton and I am finding out just how hard it is to find a good groomer. I have found out the hard way that not all groomers have skill or good customer service. Count yourself lucky if you can get an appointment with Jenn at Roxy Dog Grooming.

Jenn is amazing. Our Aussiedoodle is not an easy dog. Jenn treats him like her own and he always looks fabulous when i pick him up. Best groomer by far!

We have had our labradoodle groomed at many different groomers, and this one is definitely the best we have come across. They always cut his fur the way we like it, and he has never come home with itchy or sore patches on his skin (which has happened often at other groomers). They really seem to care about the dogs and take the time to do a great job, even when our dog comes in with tons of mats throughout his fur. Highly recommended!

We took our dog Lola here for years after hearing about Jenn in the neighbourhood. Always did an excellent job and looked forward to seeing her report card after. When we had to say goodbye to Lola we received a sympathy card from them. Such class. Looking forward to taking our new dog Morgan to see her.

Roxy Dog Grooming is a loving, happy environment that our Poppy loved dearly. Reasonable prices, obviously talented service and accommodating of our schedule: highly recommend!!
