Wonderful grooming for reasonable fee. A no frills but great cut place!

Jun 23, 2017
This cut (if I can even call it that) is absolutely the worst cut my dog has ever had. Let's start with the 'facility'. It is tiny, dark and has 2 or 3 rusty cages. I was told to come back in an hour. Thinking this time frame was unusual I asked whether the dog was bathed and was he caged dried . I was told that a bath would be given and he would be hand dried on the table. I was skeptical and somewhat apprehensive to leave him but against my better judgment I chose not to follow my gut instinct and high tail it out of there. I returned in an hour ans he was finished but his head looked like garden shears had been used. There was no rhyme or reason to the hacking away that had occurred. There were long pieces and short pieces. His chin was still dirty. His tail had not been brushed out or even touched with scissors. Absolutely no bath was given. He is still greasy feeling. To make matters worse there are several significant razor burns which are now in danger of turning into hotspots. If you love your dog do not ever ever take him/her to this lady. She is untrained and her facility is filthy.
