I love this facility! It is incredibly professional and well organized. They are very thorough with analyzing the behaviour of all dogs attending so you can rest assured you’re dog is playing with other friendly pups. They slowly introduced my dog the first time she went so she wasn’t overwhelmed, and I love how I can simply reserve a place for her using their website. I also appreciate the quick pick up and drop off which is possible as they are able to keep your payment info on file at your request. So no fumbling with your purse while trying to hold your excited dog. I highly recommend!!

Disappointed with initial contact. I have never boarded my dogs before, and one is a 7 year old golden retriever. I am a traveler so it’s not because of lack of opportunity, it’s not something I have ever been overly comfortable with. However with two dogs now, friends aren’t as eager to watch them anymore. I called and left a voicemail, was not returned. I then emailed noting I had left a voicemail, never boarded my dog and would like to speak to someone. The response I received felt automated and cold, like my email was not even read. I was told to create a profile and someone would contact me. Do you really have so much business that you make your clients contact to you three times before you will have a phone call like a human being? I am talking about my children, I would like to hear the persons voice that will be watching my dogs. My voicemail and email clearly stated I was a first time boarder and nervous about it. A little customer service training will go a long way for this staff. I’ll be looking for a facility that cares about my comfort, and my dogs.

If i could i would give 0 stars. They are prejudice against certain breeds. They turned me away without even meeting the pup. Claiming the breed doesnt play well with others. I would be the one to know that since I'm the owner, not them over email. Their staff need to brush up on their breed knowledge and not just assume things. Im glad they turned us away, knowing how rude and uneducated they are i wouldn't trust them with a pet rock.

My pooches love going there. Service is always great.

We've been using Unleashed for a few years. Winston always drags us to the entrance and is tired and happy when we pick him up. We love that he gets to spend time running in a pack, rather than cooped up.
