They have some good people but many just try to sell you the dog food with the highest markup. There products are largely imported from China when American equivalents are available at other pet stores. They seem to have a very high staff turnover. Get to know some of the longer term employees they won't steer you wrong. Prices are usually competitive.

Such a great place for pet owners. Was needing bulk cat food as we now have 2 cats vs 1, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comparable the prices were to anywhere else. Been driving by this place for over 20 years, so glad I finally ventured in.

Visited for the first time last week and was really impressed. I spent more time than expected. The product selection is amazing. They also have a fabulous raw food selection. The staff member, Shawna, that helped me was very knowledgeable on grooming and raw food diets. She was generous with her time as well. Spent way more than planned and can't wait to go back.

Amazing selection of high quality treats and products. Very pet friendly, if you take them shopping. And they appear to take good care of the animals they have available from Oakville Humane; always nice to see!

Huge store with a huge variety of all things animal. Go here all the time and love the friendliness of the staff. My dogs love them too, especially the treats at the door when you first walk in. :)
