Guys were awesome. We bought 40 bags of shavings for the horses. There was a young gent at the front counter who greeted me right away. He made the invoice and we finished the transaction smoothly. It was pouring rain at the time. I went outside to pull the truck around and start loading. I started to hand bomb the bags with another young gent into the truck. As we're getting soaked a third guy runs out and breaks down another skid and starts helping sling the bags with us. When all was done and loaded I started gathering all my straps to secure the load. Completely soaked I start strapping. One of the same guys that helped me load runs back and starts to help me strap. I told him not to worry and he said we're already wet now and kept helping me, ultimately making the job a ton quicker and easier. Awesome place, awesome employees.

Helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will return for all of my animal care needs that they can fulfill! Only been there once so far but I looked around and it appeared that they had all I need so they can probably fix you up properly for your indoor and outdoor animals. Even had a poultry or bird evening as I understood it which I will have to check out! Mark was especially helpful, passing along useful information about our transaction and how we can work together and even some wisdom which is always appreciated.
