We have been taking our two German Shepherds to this kennel for the past 21 years and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. It is very clean (you can smell the bleach they use to wash the floors when you walk in the door). The provide expert care for any animal they take in, including dogs, cats, birds etc. I never worry about leaving my dog there and he looks forward to going there for day care or for overnight stays. Great opportunity for socializing with other animals and people. The owner and staff interact with the animals and provide companionship and expert care. They also provide extra playtime for the animals and the rates are very reasonable They also provide additional services like grooming and bathing. The kennel is in a beautiful building that is air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Your pet will be disappointed staying here!!!!

When I picked up my dog he was coated in pee as were his toys, and his fur was very muddy. However, I do understand that the yard is dirty, and when a dog is nervous things happen, but it gave me a bad feeling. I'm not sure how his toys and his fur would get so thoroughly soaked with urine. It was nice that the lady at the desk bathed him a bit to make him less filthy, but I did not appreciate her comment about how we should have paid for a bath as if it was our fault he was so dirty. He was only there for about a week and I did not know he would get covered in mud and soaked in urine somehow. I was under the impression that if my dog got very dirty he would be cleaned, since that is part of caring for an animal. I also do not know how long he was that dirty since it seemed he was only cleaned up when we came to see him. It was also quite upsetting to see the state of the parrot's cage in the lobby. It was absolutely coated in feces and surrounded by a swarm of flies both when I dropped my dog off and when he was picked up. Please do not respond with "we clean the cage regularly" because it obviously needs to be cleaned more often. The parrot itself had many missing feathers, however this could be previous damage. I did notice there was about one toy in the parrots cage which is quite sad. I would not be surprised if the bird is plucking due to boredom. Also in the lobby is a very tiny, overstocked "pond" which is really just a little fountain with some fish shoved in it. Yes, I understand that he actually volume of the fountain is larger than it appears due to the waterfall feature, but the fish could barely move. Overall, this facility kept my dog alive and decently happy and healthy. The state of the animals in the lobby however was very disappointing, and I don't understand why a facility that cares for animals would demonstrate such a lack of knowledge and caring.

BEWARE!!!! DON'T LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE!! This place is disgusting!! I wouldn't leave my fish here!! We went to check the place out as a possible kennel for our dogs. The owner of this place has zero manners. The place stinks and is extremely dirty there was dog poop everywhere because she doesn't pick it up. By the way she treated us I can tell she is less than loving towards the animals. Looks nothing like the videos or pictures posted online. THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED FACILITY **GO TO PET SMART WHERE THEY HAVE SANITARY POLICIES** I feel so sorry for the dogs that have to stay here :( :(

It was my first time here, as I was dropping a rescue dog off at this facility. Property is well maintained, and CLEAN! Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable.

We bring some of our rescue dogs there. I have seen them only well taken care of..Believe me when I say that if we saw anything different that would be the end
