Took our dog in on a very short notice the day after he got sprayed by a skunk! Very fair pricing and kind, wonderful staff. Definitely going to take our dog here from now on

Everything was great! Ellen and Evelyn were both very sweet with the process. I was skeptical at first, but maybe there was a bit of misunderstanding with regards to the topic of JJ being shaved or has been shaved but Ellen reassured me that she knows how to care for double coated pups. There was a thorough discussion about add-ons for grooming aside from the package at a reasonable cost and they don't try to up-sell you which is highly appreciated. You can definitely see that Ellen is passionate about caring for animals. Anyways, the waiting was quick and he came out looking so clean and soft. Definitely will be a usual for here.

*** Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this pet grooming salon *** I'm disappointed by the customer service shown to my girlfriend by the staff and management after a grooming incident she had with her dog. I think it's inappropriate for you to call her at 10PM, not with an apology, but with reasons as to how it's not your fault and to tell her that she isn't getting a refund. You then told her you'll call her back more than one time so that you could, for all I know, rehearse your story so you don't get caught in a lie. After more than half an hour later of this back and forth, you decided to give her a refund. Then, when she came in to meet you guys in person today, you didn't even acknowledge her existence. She tells me that when she finally did speak to the person issuing the refund, she was told that we are giving you this refund because it's customer service, not because we cut your dog. *** Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this pet grooming salon ***

Today was my first visit to this place and I am very happy. Price is more than reasonable when you see your dog after spa. Would recommend everyone.

Very disappointed with my first visit there. I took my dog there and salon was clean and well kept but when I had got there, only the receptionist really only spoke English so it was hard to communicate what I wanted the outcome to look like on my dog. I left my dog there for 2 hours for grooming. When I came back to pick him up he looked nothing like the photo I had showed them. I didn’t really say anything at first because it was shorter from what he had so I thought I could just live with it. I brought my dog into my car and noticed blood all over my seat.. I saw it was coming from his paw, I was outraged that they cut his nail so short to the point that it bled and they ignored it and didn’t bother to tell me about it. I brought him back inside the salon and told them and they said “ oh yeah ok “ and took him from my arms and put Vaseline and hydrogen peroxide ( what it looked like) they didn’t tell me what they used nothing was labeled.. I asked” what did you guys cut ?his skin or nail “( I couldn’t see in the beginning because blood was everywhere on his paw) and she replied” his nail we cut it too short it cut his blood vessel” her exact words... you didn’t bother to tell me you cut him!! I am outraged they still charged me for the hair cut and didn’t offer a refund ! You didn’t even tell me the fact you cut my dog and gave him an uneven hair cut. I’m dissatisfied with the service and expect a refund. If my dogs nail gets infected I am also sending you the vet bill.
