We took our Shiloh Shepherd 100lb, 10 yr old baby to Winston and Friendz. for a full groom. They did the absolute best job ever and in record time. Prices are great, service was over the top, friendly staff and SAM is a superstar. Thank you so much. You were given a heads up on her anxiety and handled her with no problems. Very impressed with your place and will now make your our regular groomers.

Unfortunately i cant do 0 starts. Just canceled my appointment because of how rude Kyle is. He is passive aggressive. I was on the phone with him 2 days ago to book an appointment, I’m not a professional groomer to know your packages and what all is included. So i asked questions and his tone was very disturbing and he passed comments like “that is what i just said” okay? But i am bringing my puppy to you and paying money! So am i not supposed to know what you do? Do better! Keep that kyle guy off the phone or you will loose more new customers. He needs to learn better customer service while “talking”.

By far the BEST pet boarding in the GTA. I highly recommend them if you need a caring, professional and flexible place for your pet. They keep the dogs separated according to their sizes. I had to leave for a month and i needed a place to leave my dog. They were very accommodating, professional, and caring. Even when i had to extend her stay they were flexible. They kept me posted the whole time, and replied to every email as quickly as possible. The owner of the business, and the staff members are super sweet. I am very pleased with my experience and my dog was so healthy, and joyful when I picked her up today. Thank you Winston and Friends

My cat Luna is pretty skittish but W&F do a phenomenal job in keeping her calm during her grooming sessions. Since she is a long haired cat, she sheds like crazy and gets a lot of stuff stuck in her behind hair. She always comes back smelling phenomenal and feeling so much lighter. Thank you so much for your kindness and care towards my baby Luna.
