We were looking for a new groomer for our 7 year old Yorkie, Pooches N' Pals came highly recommended by friends and after a quick google search. Appointments are easy to make (online or by phone) and they can always accommodate us, even if its last minute. The girls who work there are friendly and gentle, my pup is a nervous dog but when I pick him up he isn't stressed out. I love that the grooming area is visible from outside, so you can really be sure that they treat the animals with respect and care. Our little guy always looks so cute after his groom! Highly recommend Pooches N Pals!

I am very happy with how Tanya grooms my dogs. They always look lovely when I pick them up and do not appear stressed. Tanya is always willing to listen to your requests for how you want your dog to be groomed. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to have their dog groomed in a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Excellent results every time I go. I come from North York down to have my dogs groomed by Mel. Her cuts are beautiful and my dogs coats always come out perfectly even and silky. Styles are always very cute. Appointments are flexible and the customer care is excellent. Would highly recommend this salon.

Best groomer I have ever been to. I have a standard poodle and the cut is very complicated. They do such a beautiful job with her hair. It is clear that everyone that works there loves dogs and I know that my Lana is being treated very well because she is totally fine in being left there for her hair cut and she gives kisses to the staff.

Pooches N' Pals is my favourite salon. One of the things that stands out for me is the professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness of the staff here. They are also very accommodating with requests and I like the open concept layout of the salon. My cocker spaniel mix has been groomed by Tanya, Mel and Adriana and they are all excellent! Highly recommend!
