I absolutely love it here! I’ve been taking my Morkie Sophia here for years. I have taken her to a few different grooming salons and she was acting very different when I go and pick her up. Something I did not like. She knows when she is going to Salon Pucci and she gets super excited the whole way driving from Guelph. She always looks amazing when I pick her up and I’m happy to pay anything for my dogs own comfort level at the salon because it could be very stressful time for them. They put your pet first and making sure they do not get stressed which is very important. They are really nice and they will take care of your fur babies!!!

The best dog grooming salon I’ve ever been to! I always walk out happy, never been disappointed! They treat my dog like they would their own pet which I love! Would recommend to anyone!

I love this place! My dog has anxiety issues and they do their best to make her feel comfortable with every visit. Melissa always bathes her and Marlene does her cut. They're sweet and affectionate with her and I see such a huge change in my little pooch now. I highly recommend them!

Disappointed, they tell you one price, and then when its time to pick up your dog they talk about how they needed "an assistant" to hold down my dog.. and how his hair was too matted, so they charged 20 dollars more. would of been nice to know that i would have to end up paying more before driving half an hour to a "5 star salon"
