This place is excellent. I found it quite relaxing to wander around there and explore the different houses. I went on a Monday, when the train doesn't operate, this turned out to be my luck, because I was practically the only guest there, I had the place more or less to myself. It was also the afternoon, according to the staff, more guests had been there in the morning. Some of the houses are replicas, but most are original, with rich details inside. I could really sense the history there, closest thing to a time machine I've come across yet. In short a very enjoyable afternoon.

Very nice to take a walk around but could have some working ppl to make a better experience around the buildings as in history

We only had time to take in the steam train but it was worth it. Short ride, but for kids it’s absolutely perfect. Staff are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely happy to be there.

Great place to find out about our how our ancestors lived. There are even actual employees re-enacting certain things like in the kitchen, general store and blacksmith.

Very nice place but it's quite pricey for what you get to see and do.
