I was blown away by the servitude of owner Sarah from the moment I walked in the door. She greeted me like I had been a regular customer always. She sold me the cutest Canada Ties for my fur babies. She asked me about my dogs and I felt so welcomed. I will definitely be back and bring Roxy n Ringo.

Grooming services is top notch!!! Don’t ask your money going anywhere else. My dog smelled amazing, looked amazing and when I picked him up, you could tell he absolutely adored the groomer and wasn’t afraid at all with her. We went to a local chain and were so disappointed feeling like just a number and our dog smelled like wet dog as the shampoo had zero to no smell! This place listens and does extras for free! Worth every penny.

Be very careful with these guys, they are sneaky. We brought our golden to be groomed, and they charged us $100. He was pretty panicked when he left and very dehydrated.... apparently they denied him water. We went back 6 mo the later and the price doubled. They wanted $200 to bathe and groom a golden. They also acted like they were doing me a favor by seeing him. Skeezy and arrogant. Petsmart was $93. If you have more money then sense, go enjoy!

The owner is very compassionate. She really does care for everyone’s animals and the owners. She goes out of her way to help if she can.
