I called Steve at Deer Creek Kennels after my dog babysitter retired just based on his amazing reviews. I did not know anyone that had previously been to his kennel. When I called Steve he asked a lot of questions to get a better understanding of my dog, which showed me that he cared. He took the time to answer all of my questions too. I had a terrible experience in the past and he put me at ease. When my dog Tony met Steve he immediately respected him which put my mind at ease. When I picked Tony up after 4 night's and 3 days, Tony kept rubbing his head against Steve's leg (like a hug). This was the only time that I have been away from Tony where he didn't whine or cry all the way home. I have certainly found a safe and fun place for Tony to stay when I have to go away. Sorry this was so long. But I think it's worth sharing such a positive experience!!!

A late review but well deserving. We had a tripped planned to Ottawa for the Canada day 150 celebrations. We had made arrangements for out dog Rolo to be boarded at another kennel in London. When we talked to confirm, they told us that they had overbooked and we were on a waiting list. You could imagine how frantic we felt as this was one of the biggest Long weekends of the summer. Then Deer Creek Kennels saved out vacation. The owner was so wonderful to take us on such short notice and his property was beautiful. Rolo had his own little condo with in and out privileges! He had a great time. I highly recommend this kennel to anyone, it's just off the 401 so very convenient and better than any hoity toidy posh over marketed and priced kennel in London.

Excellent kennel with very lovely owner. Neat design so dogs are able to go out and in as they please and the dogs go happily to the kennel and return home happy.

Steve runs a great Kennel, always clean and our Pups are happy arriving, which speaks volumes :) Thanks for being a kind and generous hos for our pups.

What a great place! Very nice and friendly. Our dog was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. The price was good and we weren't asked to pay for anything extra like walks and treats.
